Short-term rental opportunity - maximum of three months (all tenants must vacate by May 1st 2020 for renovations). One bedroom is currently available. Room-sharing is not permitted - only one person per bedroom.
Excellent renting opportunity for students. This condo is located in a safe and quiet area right across the street from Lakehead University (<10 min walk). The house has been supplied with brand-new appliances (fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, washer, dryer), a kitchen table and chairs, and a reclining sofa. All bedrooms are unfurnished. The second floor of the condo has three bedrooms and a bathroom. The main floor contains one bedroom, the kitchen, and the living room. The basement contains a washer and dryer, and lots of storage. There are 8 bus stops featuring busses 2, 9, 11 and 13 within a 5-minute walk from the house. Free street side parking is available. Plug-in parking is available through the condo management company for a fee. Property management company also shovels the snow and mows the grass.
Other tenants are three students in their twenties (one male, two females). All are tidy and respectful.
Rent is $500/month, utilities included. Internet is not included. Tenants currently share a connection and split the bill. Tenant's insurance is required.
